1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MyCloset application and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyCloset is a fashion marketplace platform that enables users to browse, purchase, and sell clothing and accessories. The Service includes the mobile application, the merchant dashboard, and all related features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
4. Purchases & Payments
All transactions are processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account. Refund requests should be directed to info@mycloset.tech.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfilment of orders, and compliance with applicable laws. MyCloset reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to engage in fraudulent activity, upload harmful content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Service are owned by MyCloset or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it within the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCloset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
